Workshops
Have you ever had the experience of feeling like you “just
couldn’t get it wrong?” Ever feel like ideas are just
pouring out of you? Have you had days where everything moves so
fluidly that you find yourself questioning whether or not it was
a dream? These are signs that you are moving in balance or in harmony
with the positive energy around you. The goal is to become aware
of when you are in balance and flowing in harmony and when you are
not; without needing the sharp contrast of pain or trauma that most
of us wait for.
Meditation is a direct path to finding peace, harmony and fluidity
in your life. Here I have descriptions
of the different meditation workshops I offer. Please refer
