Information On Classes
The meditation workshops are designed to be a separate and unique offering of teachings including guided meditations, individual meditation and coaching exercises. You may choose to come to only one class, two classes, or all of the classes as your schedule allows. Each class is 1 hour in length.

All classes, unless otherwise noted, are held on Wednesday mornings starting promptly at 10am.

No previous meditation experience is necessary as most experiences will be in the form of guided meditation.

Come explore your Highest Self in this safe and nurturing environment.
You are invited to attend those classes that fit your schedule and/or appeal to you the most. You will gain the most benefit from attending all classes, but that is not mandatory for your participation. Classes are $20 each cash or personal check. Please visit the website often in the event there is a schedule change.

This very special 2 hour workshop will help you release people, places and things that have been weighing you down for the past year, and will provide you with a refreshed and positive outlook for 2008. This event is not to be missed and fills up fast. RSVP's are required and space is secured when pre-payment for the class is received. Refunds will only be provided if you cancel your reservation by calling 805-279-0765 within 48 hours of the class.
