The most powerful moments occur when we connect with our Spirit
and touch our Truth.
My weekly meditation classes are designed to help you learn more
about what is happening (or not) on your emotional level. In a fun
and supportive setting we work towards understanding the beliefs
and blocks that prevent us from experiencing the grandest version
of ourselves.
Most of us experience confusion in some area(s) of our life. This
state generally arises because we are not connected to our own personal
Truth, but instead, to a truth that belonged to our parents, teachers,
spouses, colleagues or friends. I have found that the most productive
method of finding your Truth is through meditation.
In my 1-hour classes we use a variety of meditative and coaching
techniques to help you feel grounded in your everyday life. Free
of self-judgment, discover the you that has been waiting to emerge
and show-up. Learn to feel more comfortable sharing the authentic
you with friends, family and peers.
No previous meditation experience is necessary as most experiences
will be in the form of guided meditation. Seating is provided, but
you are welcome to bring a favorite cushion to use. Please bring
bottled water.
